Hop On AS is a Norwegian based company whit headquarters in Oslo.

Hop On started its operation in Oslo 2020 and expanded in 2021 despite difficulties during the covid period.

The company’s main revenue comes from cruise tourism.

Vehicles
Hop On AS has pr. 2023 a fleet of 16 buses, where 8 of the buses are the latest EURO 6d models.
Our goal is to follow the green shift – also when it comes to buses.

Tours
The company’s main business idea is hop on – hop of tours inspired with Norwegian design and guiding.
Hop On is not a member of any franchise’s organization, and are an independent company based in Bergen and in Oslo.

The guiding is in: Norwegian, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.
In 2023 the company has operations in Oslo, Stavanger, Haugesund and Ålesund where we run the “hop on” tours.
Hop On AS are planning to start up similar business in Sweden and Denmark as well.

Hop On AS also sells excursion tours, events, and charter.

The organization
Hop On AS have a small administration. The CEO is Rino Ødegård. The company has its own product and marketing department together with a financial and HR department to run all administration tasks.
All administrative staff are highly experienced within the Hop On business:

Mr. Ole Grønvigh (Chairman of the board)

  • Worked in the bus industry in several leading positions for over 40 years.
  • Worked earlier for City Sightseeing Norway as area manager for 4 years.

Mr. Rino Ødegård (CEO and board member)

  • Former CEO in many bus companies for many years.
  • Started up “City Sightseeing Norway” in 2007
  • Licensed trainee for bus and truck drivers for obligatory education by the Norwegian authorities

Mr. Are Muzuri (operational manager)

  • Worked for different companies in Norway as a bus driver, salesperson and operational Manager for different hop on companies since 2004.
  • Won several international prices for “best customers service” award for his excellent service to customers.
